Gary Davis wears so many hats only he can keep them all straight. Mr. Davis supervises Clark Realty's Kamuela sales office, takes committee responsibility for local and state Realtor organizations, and volunteers his time as Treasurer for Waimea's Paniolo Preservation Society. As a former rancher, Gary is knowledgeable about land use issues on the Big Island as well as the availability, potential value and marketability of ranch properties and large acreage. He is also very active in the Kona-Kohala Coast resort market, with a storied history as both a successful buyer and seller agent for a number of multi-million dollar homes and as an avid golfer enjoying the Big Island's many beautiful courses.
Gary came to Hawaii from California in 1966. Licensed in 1980, he began his career on Molokai where he managed the sales campaign for a major resort development there. In 1985, he joined what would become the Clark Realty team as Broker-in-Charge of the Kamuela office during the Bradley Properties days. He left the company in 1991 to spearhead a major project sales campaign for Waiki'i Ranch.
When Putty Clark purchased Bradley Properties in 1995, Mr. Davis rejoined the team, was named Vice-President and once again took over the reins of the Clark Realty office in Waimea. Today, his sense of humor and affability keeps the Kamuela office at Parker Ranch Center humming smoothly.
